Gardening Conversation is a spring library program for gardeners, of any ability, to share experiences, ideas, and questions.  3 workshops will be provided over the course of 3 weeks.  You can come to one workshop or all three.  

Workshop 1 – Garden Design:  Tuesday, March 22
Participants will learn and share ideas for creative gardening, edible landscapes and specialty gardens.

Workshop 2 – Building Soil:  Tuesday, March 29
Participants will learn simple strategies for building healthy, productive garden soil.

Workshop 3 – Growing Seed:  Tuesday, April 5
Seed selection from the library’s Seed Share Library, and learning about techniques for successful seed starting.

Call 319-895-4271 and reserve a seat and ensure there are supplies for everyone.

These workshops are in Room 108 on the 1st Floor of Cole Library.
