Charles Halsey’s Retirement Open House
A retirement open house for Charles Halsey will be held at the Lisbon-Mount Vernon Ambulance Building.
Charles Halsey is a founding member of the Lisbon-Mount Vernon Ambulance Service (LMVAS), beginning his commitment to provide aid to the sick and injured within the communities of Mount Vernon and Lisbon in 1973.
