Cornell College Presents: Evita In Concert

This large-scale production of the Tony Award-winning musical will be co-produced by the theatre and dance and the music departments. The performances will feature Cornell College’s orchestra, band, and choirs along with actors, singers, and dancers. With music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice, “Evita” is based on the life of Eva Perón, wife of Argentine president Juan Perón. Guest director Chris Okiishi will take a unique approach to this concert version of the show, spreading the main role among several performers.

Tickets:

$15 for adults
$12 for seniors, students, and youth
Free for Cornell faculty, staff, and students with a Cornell College ID

Saturday, March 4 at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 5 at 2:00 p.m.
