Red Cedar Chamber Music’s HarpStrings 2
Enjoy Red Chamber Music’s Rural Outreach at Sts. Peter & Paul Chapel featuring “HarpStrings 2.”
This event is free and open to the public.
Internationally acclaimed harpist Katherine Siochi, principal harpist of the Kansas City Symphony, will be performing. She grew up in Iowa City and studied at the Preucil School of Music. The performance is a reprise of the brilliant and challenging work, toque de azul, which Katherine’s brother Jeremiah wrote in 2018. The program will also include a new work for the trio by Michael Kimber, as well as works by Ibert and Debussy.
Featuring the following musicians:
- Carey Bostian, cello
- Miera Kim, violin
- Katherine Siochi, harp
Sts. Peter & Paul Chapel is located off Highway 1 between Mt Vernon and Solon. Follow the brown historical signs.
