Join city officials, schools, businesses, and service groups for updates over breakfast. A buffet is available for $8.82, plus tax. Free parking behind Thomas Commons. No RSVP required!
Mount Vernon Fire Department Easter Pancake Breakfast
April 19 | 6:00 AM – Noon
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in support of our local firefighters! Pancakes, eggs, sausage, and drinks—$4 for kids, $8 for adults.
Mount Vernon Easter Egg Dash
April 19 | 10:00 AM | MV Elementary School Track (or Middle School Gym if raining)
Kids race for over 5,000 eggs filled with candy and prizes! Separate age groups for fair fun. Free for all attendees.
Lisbon Easter Egg Hunt
April 19 | 11:30 AM | Lisbon City Park
Kids search for their own decorated eggs hidden in the park. Drop off three decorated eggs (with name and age) between 9-10:30 AM before the hunt begins!
Mount Vernon Cleanup Day
April 26 | 8:00 AM | Meet at Mount Vernon City Hall
Help keep our community beautiful! Volunteers needed to sweep, rake, and clean public spaces. Tools provided, but bring your own if possible. Let’s make a difference together!
