The Mount Vernon-Lisbon Community Development Group is excited to announce the opening of our Business Improvement Grant (BIG) Application for 2024!
The objective of the BIG Grant is to improve the appearance of our business area and complement the historic architectural and cultural character of the community. The BIG Grant is open to all businesses in the Mount Vernon Business District and Lisbon Business District. These grants will be offered on a competitive basis to both private, for-profit businesses and non-profit businesses.
