A committee made up of representatives from the City of Mount Vernon, Mount Vernon Parks and Rec, Mount Vernon Area Arts Council and the Mount Vernon-Lisbon Community Development Group announced the winners of its 12th Annual Chalk the Walk event.
Bryce Cox was awarded 1st Place in the event with his piece that depicted two members of the Chicago Cubs from the back.
The juried event was judged by Hal Ide.
