Eddie Piccard returns to the First Street Community Center Uptown Theatre, 221 First St. NE, on Saturday, Nov. 19, beginning at 7:30 p.m., as part of the Mount Vernon-Lisbon Community Development Group (CDG) Music on Main series.
Piccard and his big band plan an evening of New Orleans-style jazz.
