The Mount Vernon-Lisbon Community Development Group is excited to start the hiring process for the next Executive Director of the CDG!
The CDG is an umbrella organization that encompasses the roles of a traditional Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development and Marketing and Tourism activities and projects. In addition, the CDG is involved in the Mount Vernon Main Street Iowa program, facilitated by the Iowa Downtown Resource Center, a program of the Iowa Department of Economic Development Authority. The Mount Vernon Main Street program has a successful 16-year track record and is a two-time Great American Main Street Award semi-finalist.
