Nacho and Yoyo’s Escapades, a bilingual English/Spanish show for a 0-5 age group, takes elements of Iowa City’s barrio history mixed with large doses of fantasy to create an original story detailing the adventures of a chihuahua and an escaped circus monkey. The show includes original songs and a two-part kazoo band!

Lupita and her brother, Juanito, get up early and take their pet chihuahua along to watch the circus train come into town. Yoyo the
monkey jumps off the train, and he and Nacho, the chihuahua, run off together.

What kind of mischief will they get into?
