Hilltop Park

Formerly an unused alleyway, next to Scarlett Boutique in Uptown Mount Vernon.  It has been re-purposed into a wonderful and relaxing space with artwork, tables, benches and an interactive chalk feature designed to engage and entertain the young at heart.
